Shipping & Returns Policy

We offer a full credit return policy for product/s bought directly from KiwizzEbiz Ltd within 30 days from shipment under the following terms and conditions.

We can only give a refund if you receive defective product/s from KiwizzEbiz and we can only replace defective product/s that are purchased from KiwizzEbiz and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request to sales@kiwizzebiz.co.nz before sending the goods to us. All returned product/s must be in their original packaging and manuals, accessories etc. must be included with the returned goods.
